Nutrition accounts for at least 80% of your physical make-up. If you want to change your body, you MUST change your nutrition. Our trainers are required to have 4-year degrees in Exercise and Nutrition Science and/or they holistically certified through the C.H.E.K. Institute so that we can personally mentor you and coach you in this area of your life. Your body transformation is only as good as your nutritional transformation!

3 – COACHING, ACCOUNTABILITY & CUSTOMIZATION

Accountability cannot be undersold when it comes to true lifestyle change.  At Lifelong Fitness, we will pair you with the right trainer for your exact needs. Your program will be devised (weight training, nutrition, and lifestyle goals), and your trainer will follow up with you each and every time that he or she meets with you. We will praise you for your strengths and mentor you through your weaknesses.
